Do I need special knowledge to use Applicant Match?
Not at all. Applicant Match is intuitive and designed for users of all tech skill levels. Our AI-powered platform helps analyze applicants based on your job description, providing the best-match candidates even if you're not an expert in the field.
What if I disagree with an applicant being presented as 'best match'?
You can mark the applicant accordingly! We use natural language processing to generate an Ideal Persona and produce a list of applicants who appear to be the 'best match' for your role. The “Persona” can be fine-tuned by users at their discretion. Additionally, for any particular applicant profile presented to you as “Best Match”, “Good Match”, “Partial Match” or “Not a Match,” you can always choose to “Advance” an applicant to the next stage for your recruiting project. You can also “Reject” applicants if you believe they lack the requisite skills/qualifications, if you simply prefer other candidates, or for any other valid reason, and can append notes to the applicant accordingly. Our AI engineers will continue to learn users' feedback to improve the machine learning model for better matching results.
